Organo Et School (OES) is excited to offer another engaging workshop titled “Slow Food Cooking Workshop.” In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make delicious dishes using the principles of the Slow Food Movement.

Guided by Mrs. Himanshu Kapoor, a pioneer in the Slow Food Movement, informative and engaging workshop is tailored for adults. With her extensive cross-cultural culinary experience, Mrs. Kapoor will provide insights into the significance of sustainable eating and guide you through minimal cooking techniques. This workshop will offer hands-on experience in preparing healthy and delicious recipes, emphasizing the anatomy of food. Additionally, you'll learn how to design dishes and menus that nourish and satisfy both the palate and the body.
