Discover the art of Paddy Plantation

At Organo Et School (OES), we believe in nurturing children’s connection with nature by immersing them in real-life, eco-conscious experiences. This monsoon, we are thrilled to invite families and eco-curious individuals to join us for “The Art of Paddy Plantation” — a one-of-a-kind, hands-on farming event at our Bakaram campus.

🌾 Why It Matters

Paddy is more than a staple food in many Indian households — it’s a symbol of community, resilience, and harmony with nature. Through this activity, we aim to build respect for food, introduce sustainable farming practices, and spark an eco-conscious mindset among participants.

🌱 What to Expect

This immersive activity is more than just planting rice. It’s a joyful opportunity to:

  • Get your feet in the mud and your hands in the soil
  • Learn the traditional technique of paddy planting
  • Understand the lifecycle of rice — from seed to grain
  • Discover how water, soil, and timing come together in natural farming
  • Appreciate the effort and wisdom of our farmers

Guided by natural farming practitioners and local farmers, participants will not only plant paddy but also gain a deeper awareness of the ecosystem that supports our food system.
