Microgreens are more than just tiny plants; they are powerful, nutrient-dense food sources grown in just a few days. Packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and flavour, these seedlings have found their way into modern kitchens, salads, smoothies, and healthy diets across the globe. Through this workshop, participants will discover how easy and rewarding it can be to grow their own microgreens at home—no garden space required.
