Recognition is meaningful when it celebrates not just achievement, but purpose.

Organo Et School is proud to share a moment that reflects years of commitment to reimagining education and creating meaningful social impact. At the ET Education Excellence Awards 2026, Ms. Meena Murugappan, Director of Organo Et School, was honoured with the Silver Award – Changemaker in Education: Social Impact Leader.

This recognition holds special significance because it celebrates educational leaders who create measurable impact in improving access, equity, and quality of education—especially for communities that benefit from thoughtful, inclusive, and transformative learning experiences.

The category recognises leaders who demonstrate sustained commitment, innovation, and outcomes that extend beyond classrooms to influence individuals, communities, and systems of learning.

Held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, on 11th and 12th July, the ET Education Excellence Awards brought together educators, school leaders, academicians, innovators, policymakers, and dignitaries from across India. Widely regarded as one of the country’s most aspirational recognitions for excellence in education, the event created a powerful platform for conversations around the future of learning and educational transformation.

Organo Et School extends its gratitude to ET Education for curating a platform that recognises individuals and institutions shaping the educational landscape of India through innovation, purpose, and measurable impact.

The event was graced by Guest of Honour Ms. Meenakshi Lekhi, former Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture, Government of India, whose presence reinforced the importance of educational leadership and innovation in building the future of the nation.

Adding to the significance of the occasion was the presence of distinguished Grand Jury members, who represented diverse expertise across the education ecosystem and facilitated the awards ceremony, recognising educators and institutions driving meaningful change.

For Organo Et School, this recognition represents more than an award.

It reflects a belief that education should help learners build deeper relationships with themselves, with communities, and with the world they inhabit.

Under the leadership of Ms. Meena Murugappan, Organo Et School has continued to explore education as a living and evolving process—where sustainability is experienced, curiosity is nurtured, and learning becomes connected to real life. Through experiential and sustainability-led practices, learners are encouraged to observe, question, participate, and contribute meaningfully.

Being recognised under the Changemaker in Education – Social Impact Leader category reaffirms the importance of creating learning spaces that are inclusive, rooted in lived experiences, and designed to create long-term impact.

This moment belongs not to one individual, but to every learner, educator, facilitator, family member, and community partner who continues to believe that education can be a force for positive change.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also renew our commitment—to continue building educational experiences that inspire action, strengthen communities, and nurture future generations of thoughtful and responsible citizens.

Because the most meaningful recognition in education is not what we receive—
It is the impact that continues long after the applause.
