Gardening + Exercise = Gardencercize

Gardening is a rich experience with the activities like prepping the soil, sowing, and harvesting. Harvesting the mature crops is a blissful moment. But doing it with right postures is the key.

Through our workshop, you will learn how to do gardening right and how to make it a perfect physical workout.

We also provide you with the complete gardening kit. All you need to do is register for the workshop and join us.

What we can provide:

• Approx.12 sq. ft farm patch for each participant to farm on during the program.
• Seasonal saplings (2 leafy vegetables)
• Farm coaches, who will guide you during the farm activities for these seasonal crops.
• Source of water for watering the plants.
• Informal seating for friends.

What the participants are requested to do

1. Engage in farming operations such as soil preparation & weeding, seeding, harvesting.
2. Come to tend to their farm patch on time.
3. Wear apt attire (including weather & exercise appropriate gear & garden boots/shoes)
4. Follow farm-friendly behavior.
5. Bring food, drinking water.
6. Bring hand towels, cloth napkins.
7. Bring paper/cloth bags to carry the fresh produce harvested by them and to take along.

Time: 8:30am - 11:30am Morning

At the end of Gardencercize workshop, the participant will:

1. Have hands-on immersive experience in sowing seeds of green leafy vegetables.
2. Have gained some knowledge on plant care and correct postures while gardening
3. Have learnt the correct posture and method of sitting or squatting while gardening, which is good for health.
4. Get a certificate from OES on workshop completion.
5. Get featured on OES Website and Social Media Channels recognizing their efforts
