As we continue to grow, it becomes increasingly important for every team member to not just understand this purpose but to live it through their work. When we align around this common vision, we unlock the true potential of collective action—moving forward as one cohesive force.

To nurture this alignment and foster a culture of collaboration, we come together in our Eka Tatva Quarterly Meeting.

About Eka Tatva

“Eka Tatva” is a Sanskrit phrase meaning “One Principle” or “Unified Essence.” It reflects the idea that while we may belong to different functions or departments, we are all united for a singular purpose—the essence of our work and values.

It is a space to share, learn, celebrate, and collaborate across all teams. It is more than just a review; it's a platform where we reconnect with our purpose, reflect on our progress, and strengthen our sense of community.

During these gatherings, we take the opportunity to:

  • Reflect on how our work contributes to the larger mission.
  • Discuss cross-functional learnings and best practices.
  • Celebrate individual and team successes.
  • Explore how we can collaborate more effectively.

Eka Tatva is more than a meeting - it’s a moment of convergence. It is where our shared essence is reaffirmed and our collective momentum is recharged, helping us move toward our goals with clarity, energy, and unity.

Main Themes of Eka Tatva 2025-26

More importantly, the Eka Tatva meeting sets the stage for aligning our day-to-day actions with the strategic goals that define our path for the year. We are focused on achieving 4X growth, which means accelerating our impact and significantly expanding our reach. At the same time, we are committed to First Time Right Delivery, ensuring that our learning/teaching frameworks and execution is precise and our outcomes meet the highest standards from the outset.

To support this, we continue to invest in building stronger capabilities—developing deep expertise within our teams and fostering resilience across the organization. At the heart of it all is Customer Success, where our ultimate aim is to deliver consistent value and create meaningful, delightful experiences for those we serve.

We aim to achieve this objective through the following key goals

Goal 1: Be the Thought Leader in Eco Habitats

To establish Organo as a pioneering voice and trusted authority in the domain of eco habitats—by consistently creating, demonstrating, and sharing deep knowledge, innovative practices, and scalable models of sustainable living that influence communities, policy-makers, and industry leaders both locally and globally.

World – Education & Global Thought Leadership

  1. Develop and share Eco Habitat Approach Papers on sustainability education—our core cause—with the Top 50 schools in India and positioning Organo as a knowledge partner for systemic change in education.
  2. Publish Eco Habitat Curriculum Booklets to build a rich and evolving repository of sustainability learning for students and educators.
  3. Create  opportunities for global recognition, through international collaborations, publications, or conference participation in global platforms.

Real Estate Industry – Knowledge Sharing & Influence

  1. Launch a Digital Portal/Knowledge Bank b that documents Organo’s sustainability learnings with a global perspective—serving as an open-source hub for best practices.
  2. Develop and publish Sapthapatha White Papers, Talks, and Advisory to communicate Organo’s unique approach to holistic sustainability in real estate.
  3. Create and share Business Acumen White Papers, Talks, and Advisory aimed at helping industry stakeholders integrate sustainability into viable business models.

 Society – On-Ground Impact & Community Learning

  1. Publish the Integrated Model Village Initiative, showcasing our scalable blueprint for rural sustainability and self-reliance.
  2. Continue community learning programs as per the annual calendar, ensuring ongoing engagement with local stakeholders.
  3. Conduct student tour programs to provide experiential learning and exposure to sustainable living practices.
  4.  'Train the Teacher' programs, strengthening the capacity of educators to embed sustainability in their teaching.

Goal 2: OES Center of Excellence

To showcase our learnings from Organo Eco Habitats and contribute meaningfully to our broader mission to decarbonise the real estate industry, Organo et School is taking a bold step forward by establishing the Center of Excellence (CoE). With a clear objective to “become a global leader in sustainability knowledge and education—both by learning from and contributing to the world “, the CoE is envisioned as a catalyst for deepening our impact and accelerating our purpose to mainstream sustainability.

To effectively align and collaborate with the Product Design, Engineer teams and Farmscaping teams, the Organo Center of Excellence (OCE) will serve as a unifying platform that integrates sustainability, innovation, and education across functions.

With the Product Team, the CoE will collaborate and help publish case notes, white papers and articles on every product developed that reflects our core values of sustainability, user-centricity, and regenerative living. This includes co-developing sustainability frameworks, co-creating feedback loops from on-ground learnings, and helping shape product evolution in alignment with our eco-living principles.

With the Delivery and Farmscaping Team, the Center will play a vital role in capturing and systematizing construction methodology/technology and natural farming knowledge to be shared both within Organo and with the broader community.

Goal 4 : Enhance Outreach and Participation in Sustainability Learning

To enhance outreach and participation in sustainability learning, Organo aims to broaden its engagement across diverse audiences—including schools, colleges, communities, and professionals—by making learning accessible, inclusive, and inspiring. This includes expanding partnerships with over 100 educational institutions, translating key content into regional languages, and creating digital modules and webinars for scalable access

OES stall at Eka Tatva

The OES stall at Eka Tatva showcases our journey in sustainability education and outreach. Designed to inform, engage, and inspire, the stall highlights our key initiatives including the Eco Habitat Curriculum Booklets, learning programs, student tours, and the vision for the Organo Center of Excellence. The stall had interactive displays like”Make your own Bioenzyme” and “Plant your five minute green” , sample educational materials, and understand how we are empowering teachers, students, and communities to become active participants in co-creating sustainable futures.

Through this platform, we invite collaboration, share impact stories, and reaffirm our commitment to nurturing eco-minds across India and beyond.

The stall featured interactive exhibits that allowed visitors to learn by seeing, touching, and engaging. These included a medicinal plant display, drip irrigation models, and diverse soil samples from across Telangana—all curated to deepen understanding of ecological systems and sustainable practices

Through open sharing, learning from each other, and aligning with our strategic goals, we have not only reflected on where we are but have also clarified where we are going. Together, with a clear purpose and collaborative spirit, we will continue to build resilient teams, deliver meaningful outcomes, and shape the future of sustainable living—one step, one habitat, one community at a time.
