The vibrant community of My Home Mangala witnessed a joyful blend of creativity and nature-based learning on 31st January and 1st February 2026, as Organo Et School conducted a series of engaging workshops for children.
On 31st January, a unique tote bag painting workshop using leaves brought together young participants in a creative and eco-friendly activity. Children explored natural patterns and textures by using leaves as stamps, transforming simple tote bags into beautiful works of art.
The activity encouraged them to observe nature closely while promoting sustainable alternatives to plastic.
The learning continued for 1st February with a hands-on kitchen gardening session led by Ms. Sreedevi Ande.
Children were introduced to soil mixing and the basics of growing plants at home. Their excitement was evident as they touched and explored soil, gaining a deeper understanding of how plants grow and how they can care for them.
Later, a botanical illustration workshop inspired children to observe leaves and translate their beauty into detailed artwork. Together, these sessions created meaningful experiences—fostering creativity, curiosity, and a lasting connection with nature.
