March 12, 2024, week 3 of our educational journey with PYP3 of Shri Ram Academy students was filled with excitement as the children embarked on a sensory exploration of various dairy alternatives.  with a special focus on Organo Dairy Milk. As part of our commitment to promoting sustainable and eco-friendly practices, Organo Dairy Milk comes from cows that graze on naturally grown fodder, ensuring the highest quality and nutritional value.

Through tasting and describing different milk varieties, they not only enhanced their sensory perception but also gained awareness of the diverse options available in the world of dairy.

This activity was to introduce children to a range of dairy alternatives, including soy milk, almond milk, lactose-free milk, toned milk, coconut milk, and Organo Goshala Gir Cow  A2 milk. By engaging in sensory exploration, the children developed their descriptive skills and learned to appreciate the unique attributes of each milk type.

To kick off the activity, we engaged the children in a discussion about dairy alternatives and their growing popularity. We emphasized the importance of sustainable farming practices and highlighted how Organo Dairy Milk stands out for its commitment to natural feeding practices.

As the children tasted and described each milk type, we provided ample opportunities to explore the unique attributes of Organo Dairy Milk. We encouraged them to pay close attention to its aroma, flavor, and mouthfeel, noting the distinct qualities that set it apart from other dairy alternatives, and recording their observations on paper.

As the children tasted and described each milk type, we facilitated a discussion to encourage them to share their favorite dairy alternatives and explain their preferences. This allowed them to articulate their thoughts and opinions, fostering communication skills and critical thinking.

Furthermore, we discussed the nutritional benefits of each milk type and emphasized the importance of incorporating dairy or dairy alternatives into a balanced diet. This discussion helped the children understand the role of dairy products in providing essential nutrients for their overall health and well-being.

The sensory exploration of dairy alternatives, with a focus on Organo Dairy Milk, was both enlightening and enjoyable for the children. By experiencing firsthand the unique qualities of Organo Dairy Milk, they gained a deeper understanding of the importance of sustainable farming practices and the benefits of consuming high-quality, natural dairy products. This activity underscored our commitment to promoting eco-friendly living and empowering children to make healthy, environmentally conscious choices.
