On 28th February and 1st March, Aparna Savor Grande came alive with creativity and excitement as children enthusiastically participated in a community workshop conducted by Organo Et School (OES).
The OES activity area became a vibrant learning corner where children explored fun-filled activities designed to encourage imagination, observation, and joyful learning. OES volunteers warmly engaged with the children and distributed activity books filled with interactive tasks and creative exercises.
The experiential learning through the Nature Detective workshop. Children took on the role of young explorers as they engaged in an interactive activity of matching images of birds, animals, and mammals with their corresponding shadows on a worksheet.
This hands-on exercise stimulated curiosity, enhanced observation skills, and encouraged critical thinking, while also fostering a deeper appreciation for the natural world.The workshop created meaningful opportunities for children to learn through play and hands-on experiences, making the weekend both enjoyable and memorable for the community’s young learners.
UNESCO recognized Organo Et School as a green citizen initiative and Uplink, the open innovation platform of the World Economic Forum (WEF) recognized OES as Global Innovative Solution.
Organo Et School is an experiential learning initiative set up by Organo in 2017 and has been facilitating field visits and workshops for Schools and Interest Groups.
