Satya Aruna has 13+ years’ experience of working with the CII- Godrej GBC on various initiatives of Landscape & Biodiversity. She is currently involved in certification activities of IGBC Green Residential, Landscape & schools rating programmes. With her knowledge & expertise she led the team in conducting 5 floral studies which involves identification of existing plant species within the campuses and documenting them as a compendium. She is also involved in developing various publications related to Native plant species and biodiversity. Satya Aruna has played an active role in conducting the Biodiversity index studies of campuses. She is one of the key members of IGBC who is actively involved in organising IGBC Green Your School Programme – an annual contest for school children to instil the sense of Green in young minds
